Individual coaching to remove barriers to performance, and develop leadership capabilities. We typically involve the participant’s manager, to ensure that both the organisation and the participant gain value from the program. We have particular expertise in working with leaders who are considered to have excellent ‘technical capabilities’, but need to work on their ‘leadership / interpersonal capabilities’.
We run a ‘manager as coach’, ongoing development program, which we call the Coached Tutorial Method. This program teaches many of the fundamentals of being an effective leader, and is tailored to the individual needs of each manager. Each session involves both learning and applying new skills with peers, and then implementing these skills ‘in the workplace’.

The key to our approach is tailoring the program to individually suit the participant's needs, through a combination of the consultant's career transition skills, experience in hands-on recruitment, and general labour market knowledge.
