Michelle is a registered psychologist who has worked in organisational psychology, HR management and consulting roles for 20 years. She has applied her expertise across the private and public sector in a range of disciplines to improve client outcomes; working with organisations ranging from multi-nationals to small businesses. Her key area of focus is the utilisation of assessment and development techniques to align employee focus with business strategy and direction. This involves talent management, instructional design and facilitation across leadership development, team building, conflict management, engagement and retention and behavioural interviewing. Michelle has post-graduate qualifications in organisational psychology and is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society.
